Cooking Instruction:
- 1 pack of Sabah Bak Kut Teh spices.
- 2 litres water.
- 1000 gm meat.
- Put spices, water, meat, mushroom and 4 pieces whole garlic into pot.
- Cover and use high heat until boiling point.
- Boil for another 45 minuteson medium heat.
- Turn off heat, leave the meat for 10 minutes.
- Boil and serve hot.

烹调方法:
-1包肉骨茶香料粉
-2公升水
-1200公克肉类
-加入肉骨茶香料粉,水,肉,香菇及四粒蒜头于煲中.
-加盖至沸腾
-中火煮约45分钟.
-熄火,肉浸汤中至10分钟.
-煮沸待用
